Partner with clients to develop a service-competency framework aligned with the organization’s mission, vision and strategy 

Gap Analysis
A. Work with client to see and understand the client's issues in the broadest and richest context. 
B. Assist clients in assessing individual and team performances against competencies and organizational objectives 

Program Needs Assessment and Design 
A. Determine suitable interventions (e.g. consulting, research & simulation, and training & coaching) 
B. Determine solution objectives and design components (program resources, structure, content, tools, etc.) 
C. Test and refine 

Delivery 
A. Consulting and learning solutions delivered worldwide on Osprey's DeepBlue collaboration platform
B. Experienced, cross-functional Solution Team of advisors, 
instructors, and analysts versed in all aspects of solution delivery 

Evaluation 
The Solution Team works with the client's team to assess results and make further refinements, if needed

On-going Support and Continuous Learning 
A. Partner provided with ongoing access to Osprey thought leaders, research and events 
B. Range of learning options made available to extend value of program and expand access to new sources of information
