Osprey announces its Fall 2010 Custom Executive Education Program.

Chicago-based Osprey Associates unveiled its Fall Executive
Education program commencing September 21, and concluding December 15, 2010.

The program consists of an ongoing series of interactive seminars and workshops providing companies with a focused forum for the study,
planning and management of value-creation service processes. Organizations can choose one or more custom workshops to enable their people to acquire new skills in planning and managing customer-centric services.

Osprey’s custom Executive Education program features strategic-level seminars for senior executives of varying roles and responsibilities, process-level seminars for managers involved in planning and implementing services, and a full range of workshops for service team leaders. The theme of this season's learning program is “Building Competitive Advantages”.

“Our new learning workshops enable experience design and planning and among diverse practitioners,” according to Steve Finikiotis, Osprey’s CEO. “This fall's program enables us to fulfill our commitment to knowledge transfer through collaboration among business leaders, analysts, and learners."
