Announcing Our Custom Insight Program - Spring & Summer, 2011

Chicago-based Osprey Associates unveiled its Customer Insight Program - Spring and Summer, 2011. 

The program consists of an ongoing series of interactive seminars and workshops providing companies with a focused forum for the design,
planning and management of value-creating services. Organizations can choose one or more tracks to build capabilities for transforming their service offerings.

Osprey’s new program features strategic-level seminars for senior executives of varying roles and responsibilities, process-level seminars for managers involved in planning and implementing services, and a full range of custom planning workshops for service leaders. The theme of this season's program is “Value Creating Through Experience Design". 

“Our insight programs pioneer the use of new tools and social media that enable collaboration among participants,” according to Steve Finikiotis, Osprey’s CEO. “This season's program enables us to fulfill our commitment to collaboration knowledge sharing through collaboration among divers business leaders, analysts, and practioners."
