My current focus, Rethinking the Customer Experience, deals with how practitioners across disciplines collaborate to transform services at a time of uncertainty, mounting complexity and heightened expectations. These conditions require us to step back, re-imagine and redesign service offerings from a deeply customer-centric perspective.
My interactive breakout talks consist of posing incisive questions and eliciting ideas from participants. I introduce business cases from the mobile, airline, retail, financial services and hospitality sectors to support my ideas.
