I’m happy to deliver keynotes or presentations about subjects related to the Customer Experience in diverse markets. I’m pleased to share relevant business ideas based on research conducted at my company, Osprey, and our field work in diverse, global markets.
My current research is focused on Customer Experiences Beyond Borders which compares and contrasts the ways businesses deliver consumer services in various markets. In 2009, I began research on The Insightful Enterprise, a comprehensive study on methods and practices that market-leading companies use to understand the preferences of their customers. In Q2, 2010, I’ll present my pending work, Harnessing the Power of Customer Communities.
