Steve-

I think trust works the same in all relationships, business or personal. The more genuine we are, the more we're trusted and appreciated. Dependable brands are like dependable people. We trust and are attracted to them. This is challenging for some companies to put into practice. Your case for considering trust is strong and your advice is sound.

Well said and, as usual, the context is broader than what we typically see on this subject. Can businesses actually increase their trustworthiness? I think so and what you offer is sound and fundamental advice. Maybe you'd consider a post on getting back to basics in business which is something we're moving further away from with each passing day.

Great post, Steve. A simple concept, but absolutely critical in today's business world. Thank you for outlining simple steps for organizations to focus on.
